Director, Product Management (Remote)

As the Director, Product Management, you will lead product strategy and execution for North America B2B cashflow capabilities. You will use market, customer, and data insights to develop and launch products, with a focus on financial services, data, and identity-related solutions.

You will report to the SVP of Product Management.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Define and execute the North America B2B cashflow product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead new product launches using market intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity size.
• Use customer and stakeholder insights to identify needs and prioritize product opportunities.
• Track the competitive landscape, evolving customer needs, and emerging data use cases, including identity data.
• Partner with Sales and other teams on go-to-market plans, market feedback, and product adoption.
• Identify data, partner, and integration opportunities that expand product capabilities and revenue.
• Represent the product with clients and external audiences and contribute product thought leadership.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams, business units, and partners to grow and protect the business.

Your background:

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in financial services or data strategy.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience working with identity solutions, identity data, or adjacent domains is preferred.
• Experience working with both existing and emerging data products.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including Director- and VP-level audiences.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams; comfortable engaging directly with the market and clients.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
