Director Product Management – FraudNet Global Identity and Fraud

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategic direction, execution, and evolution of FraudNet, Experian’s flagship fraud detection platform. This role requires navigating multiple product portfolios, guiding a global team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and championing innovation. Experience in leading large-scale global software launches will be an asset.

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for FraudNet, from strategy to optimization.
  • Define and drive the long-term product vision aligned with Experian’s identity and fraud solutions.
  • Manage the product roadmap and ensure successful releases.
  • You will coordinate with multiple stakeholder product teams for alignment.
  • You will collaborate with regional product leaders for global prioritization.
  • Lead the end-to-end FraudNet customer experience.
  • You will use data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, operations, legal, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape globally.
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
  • Advocate for user-centric design and testing practices.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to drive adoption, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Represent FraudNet with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, clients, and industry groups.

Experience and Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic thought leadership to create a vision for the team.
  • Bias for action and expertise in fast-paced execution.
  • Knowledge of the fraud and ID verification market, including key players and trends.
  • Experience with AI-driven products.
  • Proactive self-starter and strong collaborator.
  • Client-centric mindset to understand and solve customer problems.
  • Creative problem-solver.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Positive attitude and demeanor.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in Financial Services.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant product management experience, including 4 years in leadership.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling B2B or enterprise platforms.
  • Expertise in globalizing products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
