As a Data Analyst II, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver meaningful data insights and strengthen operational excellence. In this role, you will support key business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and help drive continuous improvement across Risk and Authentication functions. Your work will help guide decisions through accurate data analysis, automation, and clear documentation. You will report to the Client Implementation Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to analyze operations and deliver actionable data insights.
  • Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs, SLAs, thresholds, and escalation processes related to Risk and Authentication.
  • Build, maintain, and present dashboards that support data‑driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain process automations and system enhancements.
  • Document process updates, improvements, and data flows in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Review, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including conducting ad‑hoc analyses and data modeling.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate work within expected timeframes.
  • Hands-on experience creating SQL queries (2+ years).
  • Hands-on experience writing and deploying Python code (2+ years).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience in risk and authentication methodologies, including data profiling, data discovery, cleansing, and process documentation.
