Role Overview

 

Guide the use and configuration of Salesforce, CPQ, and DocuSign for North America Sales and Operations. Build expertise in these tools to increase adoption, strengthen best practices, and resolve issues quickly. Partner with Global CRM, Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Product teams to keep systems aligned with our needs and allow faster, regionally motivated responses to market demands. You will lead best practice documentation and user guidance to help teams work smarter.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen users' knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and DocuSign to improve adoption and support
  • Create and communicate best practice guidance for user communities
  • Translate requirements from Product Marketing, Strategic Pricing, and Sales Operations into CPQ solutions
  • Support Salesforce, CPQ, and DocuSign users by troubleshooting issues and strengthening best practices
  • Build CPQ updates, including product additions, pricing changes, template edits, approval updates, and user maintenance
  • Partner with Global CPQ developers to deliver complex product configurations and pricing models
  • Develop DocuSign envelopes and document templates
  • Implement basic Salesforce changes following change management standards

You will report to: Sales Support, Operations & Client Relations Manager Senior


Experience and Skills

 

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce applications and knowledge of Experian products
  • Hands-on Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign administration experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience with AI tools; Agentic AI experience
