Collaborate with partners to define process requirements and initiate production workflows using appropriate tools and applications. Evaluate project complexity, estimate timelines, and manage task assignments. May manage project resources and lead meetings with clients or management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and process orders using relevant tools and systems.
  • Develop and implement processing plans for new programs or procedures.
  • Monitor job accuracy and completeness; troubleshoot and apply necessary updates or enhancements.
  • Communicate project status to team members, clients, and partners.
  • Analyze client data and develop custom project code to meet specific requirements.
  • Resolve complex technical issues; serve as a technical resource and provide training and support.
  • Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with new tools, and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to improve product documentation and training materials.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a computing or technical environment
  • Proficient in SQL, Unix, Oracle, and DB2, SAS, AWS or any cloud computing experience
