As Client Onboarding Consultant you will execute and manage the set up of clients, users, products and payers based off contract, SOW and STI. You will be accountable for the entire client set up, collection of required documentation, clear documentation of status of process, meeting the expected timeline without delaying implementation and ongoing client success, raising any concerns with scope and deliverables to management. You will report to our Client Onboarding Supervisor.

You will:

  • Review and verify the accuracy of all required documents, and work with clients and our teams to perform all required tasks for Onboarding clients and a successful implementation
  • Conduct Onboarding client meetings, prepare and distribute agenda meeting minutes and documentation collection, to clients
  • Collect relevant client information to set up client accounts
  • Participate in all required meetings (internal and external) to support the Onboarding of a client
  • Maintain and share the status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks, and update all required applications
  • Document, obtain approvals, and track all changes affecting client Onboarding, and communicate changes and events to concerned parties
  • Promote any issues/concerns relating to assigned Client Onboarding to Leadership for guidance and direction
  • Develop healthy relationships, build trust and transparency, and promote loyalty with clients and other teams
  • Maintain and sustain performance expectations
  • Help with other assigned responsibilities as requested by Leadership

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with OneNote, Excel, and Teams
  • Salesforce experience
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodology and software tools, of computer systems, processes and PC desktop applications, of business unit products and operations, and of legislation and regulations, affecting business unit industry
  • Limited Travel required
  • You will work Central Time Zone schedule (This is a REMOTE role that can be located anywhere in the US)
