Business Integration Specialist – Fraud Solutions (Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Business Integration & Technical Presales Specialist to play a pivotal role in the integration of Experian's global fraud capabilities into the Australian and New Zealand identity verification capabilities Experian acquired with the merger with the illion business. This client-facing role will combine deep technical expertise, strategic market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to support the development, market testing, and alignment of a unified Fraud and Identity strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

 

As we integrate complementary fraud solutions through our recent merger, you will help integrate product portfolios, identity applicable global solutions, align technical capabilities, and ensure a seamless value proposition to the market. This is a key role in delivering a unified fraud strategy through greenID, global Experian capabilities, and global third-party solutions.

 

 

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

 

  • Demonstrated experience in solution consulting, or business integration roles.
  • Deep understanding of fraud and identity solutions, particularly in credit risk and customer origination.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex product integrations and client expectations during business transformation.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, change-driven environments.

 

 

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

 

  • Support the technical and client-facing workstreams for integrating fraud capabilities post-merger, ensuring product and technical alignment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the combined Experian and acquired fraud solution portfolios, identifying synergies and integration points.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to shape a market-ready fraud strategy that reflects the newly merged business capabilities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their current fraud solutions, identify gaps, and position integrated solutions that address their needs.
  • Support the testing and validation of integrated solutions in-market to assess adoption potential and client outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored technical demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value of the unified fraud and identity solution suite.
  • Gather client and market feedback and channel insights to product management for continuous strategy refinement.
  • Support the development of go-to-market materials and assist with solution positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives with clients, managing technical evaluations and supporting successful adoption.

Experience and Skills

More about you

 

  • Proven experience in product sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer financial services and specifically the role that Fraud solutions can play in the customer origination process.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
