We are looking for a Finance-focused Business Analyst to join Experian Automotive. You will play a critical part in delivering business insights, enhancing reporting, and streamlining primary business intelligence. You will be data-driven, and partner to guide important decisions, track performance, and improve process. You will rerport to Product Management VP.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Establish, maintain, and track measurements to measure business and financial performance.
  • Support forecast cycles by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and building reporting that highlights risks and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards tools that deliver clear, applicable insights to business leaders.
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts to improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct ad hoc business and financial analysis, providing recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Technology partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and data usage.
  • Document finance processes and reporting standards to ensure scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Use tools such as Excel (can perform complex functions) , Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle to enhance reporting solutions.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance, business analysis, or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or financial and statistical oriented software.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  • Experience developing analyses using large datasets.

This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
