We are seeking a Finance-focused Business Analyst to join Experian Automotive. This role will play a critical part in delivering business insights, enhancing reporting, and streamlining core business intelligence. The right candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to partner cross functionally to drive key business decisions, track performance, and improve process.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Establish, maintain, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business and financial performance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecast cycles by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and building reporting that highlights risks and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that deliver clear, actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts to streamline recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct ad hoc business and financial analysis, providing recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Technology partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and data usage.
  • Document finance processes and reporting standards to enable scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle to design, enhance, and deliver reporting solutions.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance, business analysis, or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or financial and/or statistical oriented software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner.
  • Ability to balance detail orientation with high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience developing analyses using large datasets.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
