  • Assists in the development of mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
  • Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
  • Serves as project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
  • Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
  • Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
  • Prepares and processes program billing. 
  • Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
  • Provides user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • 2 – 3 years Customer Service related experience. Understanding of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
  • Knowledge of PC office software tools.
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Good knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL
  • Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Coding experience a plus
