The Analytics/Performance Manager is a trusted advisor to Dealer and Agency clients and an expert in automotive marketing and the Experian Marketing Engine solution. You will work with EME clients to help them use the tool to execute their marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure profit growth and goal attainment. You will partner with clients on marketing strategies, data analysis, and audience creation. You aim to exceed expectations from servicing our partners to collaborating with internal teams.

  • Onboard new clients, completing product training and ensuring they are comfortable and excited about moving forward with Experian and EME.
  • Bring knowledge of the product to the client to support our value proposition and further the client's goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the best way to use EME to achieve their performance targets.
  • Complete monthly data review calls with customers to review analytics, performance, insights, and strategy.
  • Responsible for daily dealer relationship management and service.
  • Identify trends at the macro and micro level, using insights to inform client decisions.
  • Bring product enhancement ideas and operational efficiency opportunities forward to internal teams.
  • Promote alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences and accelerate product improvements.
  • Deliver ongoing training, develop training resources, documentation, and playbooks to grow onboarding and product adoption across clients and company partners.
  • Fuel innovation and strategic growth by tracking industry trends and shifts to surface insights and opportunities for client growth.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years working with digital marketing in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, in an Automotive retail or agency environment.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large groups of high-level executives and decision makers.
  • Experience as a client advocate, making strategic suggestions based on multi-point data.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices. SEO knowledge and familiarity with SEM management and research tools.
  • Experience translating data into clear insights and presenting them to audiences to inform strategic decisions.
