Administrador de Productos - Licencia de maternidad

Liderar la creación, evolución y sostenibilidad de los productos de Experian en Chile, integrando capacidades estratégicas, técnicas y operativas. Este rol combina funciones de gestión de producto, liderazgo de squads ágiles, diseño funcional, monitoreo de desempeño y soporte comercial, con el objetivo de entregar soluciones innovadoras, rentables y alineadas con las necesidades del mercado y los clientes.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

· Diseñar y liderar el roadmap de productos.
· Transformar ideas en soluciones de valor.
· Validar nuevas iniciativas mediante pruebas de concepto.
· Asegurar cumplimiento de objetivos financieros y regulatorios.
· Definir y priorizar funcionalidades y backlog.
· Coordinar con equipos internos y externos.
· Monitorear KPIs y desempeño del producto.
· Ejecutar planes de mantenimiento y mejora.
· Participar en ceremonias ágiles.
· Gestionar presupuesto y costos.

• Educación: Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Ingeniero Comercial y/o carreras a fin.
• Experiencia: 3 años como administrador de producto (product Manager, KAM, jefe de producto, jefe de proyectos de área de productos, consultor de negocios).
• Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Gestión de Proyectos, Evaluación de Proyectos, Negociación, Gestión Rentabilidad (ingresos-costos)
• Idiomas: Deseable ingles.
