Technical Consultant- PowerCurve Collections- Hybrid

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join Experian's Decision Analytics business. The Technical Consultant meaningfully contributes in implementing solutions that deliver business benefits for our customers.

Experian Decision Analytics helps client achieve and sustain significant growth. We do this by allowing clients to make analytics-based customer decisions that support their strategic goals.

What you'll need to bring to the party

• 5years of experience in running workshops, demonstrations and customer training
• 5years of experience of providing successful solutions to customer problems in the collections industry
• A teamwork focus, with a flexible, analytical and logical thinking approach
• Experienced in building solid long-term relationships with customers

What you'll be doing- Reporting to the Head of Solutions

• You will support the Collections business workshops and requirements definition through to approval
• Facilitate technical Workshops and requirements definition through to approval
• Design of solution architecture and integration specifications following industry standards
• Development of interfaces and custom modules
• 3years of Experience working in an Agile environment
• Assist Project Managers on assessing and planning project workload
• Accountable for the quality of the project deliverables
• Assist pre-sales with client-facing technical presentations and workshops

More about you

• Desirable Technical Knowledge

o Operating systems: Windows, Linux (RHEL, CentOS) & Virtualisation

o Database: Oracle and/or SQL server

o Application Servers: Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, WildFly

o Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP

o Web Services & Technologies

Experience

o 5+ years of experience in Technical development, solution architecture and infrastructure definition

o Able to manage multiple, simultaneous implementations

o 5+ years of experience with systems, processes, applications and technology and security
