You are the central point of contact for demand generation and lead quality – managing multi-stage campaigns from concept to monitoring. Together with regional marketing colleagues and local sales teams, you take our audience engagement to the next level – data-driven, user-centric, and truly value-adding. You think in use cases, not just channels, and you're eager to not just manage marketing, but to have a real impact. If you're ready to take ownership and create meaningful results, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Our goal: To make Experian visible and relevant in DACH as the leading provider of data insights.

Main responsibilities, tasks, duties:

  • You take ownership of the strategic development of our demand generation and contribute your ideas from concept to execution:
  • Development, management, and continuous optimization of a one- to multi-year marketing strategy in alignment with executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for strategic lead generation in close collaboration with sales leaders across different markets, covering the entire funnel, and defining and implementing measures to improve lead quality and quantity.
  • Planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various channels, including performance analysis and ongoing fine-tuning, making sure to define and monitor achievement of success metrics
  • Analysis of market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs as a foundation for evolving the marketing strategy, closely integrated with regional/local product management and local sales teams.
  • Independent management of external agencies and service providers.
  • Shaping of processes, content creation, and event planning.
  • Use and further development of our MarTech platforms Eloqua and Salesforce for data-driven, scalable marketing.
