Job description

 

The role will ensure end to end bank administrative processes are performed timely and accurately. They will ensure monthly bank mandates tracking and updates, in compliance with Treasury Management standard requirements. The role will work closely with Global process owners and drive regional and global process improvement and standardization in the bank administrative related proesses.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is required.
  • • A minimum of 3 years related experience is required.
  • • Experience in a Shared Service Center is a plus.
  • • Proven track record of setting and achieving goals by defining and prioritizing specific objectives.
  • • Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines, with ability to work independently
  • • Good communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals across a variety of internal functions (remote or on site) with excellent interpersonal skill to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
