Experian Consumer Services - Analytics are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our analytics team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a role at the heart of decision-making, supporting both Product and Marketing teams with applicable, insight-led analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into compelling stories that influence business outcomes. You'll help shape how we understand our customers, using segmentation and predictive modelling to guide smarter decisions and measurable growth.

You'll work independently, managing projects and partner relationships, while being part of a collaborative analytics team that values curiosity and rigour. We're passionate about raising the bar for analytical excellence — improving how we work, challenging assumptions, and sharing knowledge to strengthen both personal and team capability.

This is a Hybrid, Nottingham or London-based role (40% working in the office) reporting to the Analytics Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing plans
  • Develop customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategies
  • Build and deploy segmentation models and predictive models to better understand customer behaviour
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives that inspire action
  • Manage partners across Product and Marketing, aligning analytical outputs to business priorities
  • Identify opportunities where data can unlock commercial value
  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring and promoting best practice in analytics

Experience and Skills

  • SQL & Python experience focused on querying large datasets
  • Background in translating data into commercially focused insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at multiple levels
  • Experience in a technical, analytics focused role.
  • Experience delivering value through personalisation such as predictive analysis and segmentation
  • Data build tool (DBT) desirable
  • Experience building dashboards in visualisation tools such as Tableau desirable
