The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in coding intelligent agents, strong modeling and cloud computing acumen, and a passion for applying AI to real-world marketing andchallenges in financial services.

This role reports directly to the Director of ML/AI and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Credit Risk.

Key Responsibilities in this role:

  • Design, code, and test AI agents that support autonomous decision-making in marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, credit risk and portfolio optimization.
  • Implement cloud-based multi-agent and model services from the ground up, integrating upstream analytical outputs while maintaining production-grade software engineering standards for testing, observability, version control, and operational support.
  • Apply agentic AI and swarm intelligence/multi-agent orchestration techniques to solve complex business problems in consumer lending.
  • Develop predictive models using credit bureau data and other consumer datasets.
  • Design, implement, and coordinate multi‑agent workflows for marketing decisioning, including role specialization and conflict resolution strategies to ensure coherent end-to-end outcomes.
  • Prototype and iterate on intelligent agent behaviors using Python, Spark, and modern ML & AI frameworks.
