Experian is the world's leading global information services company, unlocking the power of data to create more opportunities for consumers, businesses and society. We are thrilled to share that FORTUNE has named Experian one of the 100 Best Companies to work for. In addition, for the last five years we've been named in the 100 "World's Most Innovative Companies" by Forbes Magazine.

Job Description:

Experian's direct-to-consumer (D2C) team is seeking a talented Product Manager to own integration and product management for a unified experimentation platform that delivers customer-level holdouts and trustworthy measurement and experimentation across consumer touchpoints including but not limited to in-product, in e-mail, and call center. This role is critical to enabling ECS teams to validate product, marketing, and model changes with scientific rigor while making experimentation easy to adopt at scale.

As the Product Manager for the Experimentation Platform, you will own the roadmap, discovery, and delivery of the platform. You'll capture and prioritize use cases, partner with engineering as the product owner, and work cross-functionally with product teams, analytics, CRM, ML, and stakeholder groups including Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Product Ops. You'll combine systems thinking (SDKs, proxies, data contracts, identity management) with a pragmatic, evidence-first approach to deliver a platform that drives better decisions and growth.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and backlog for the experimentation platform: global + feature holdouts, persistent assignments, mutual exclusion/layers, governance, SDK rollout and enhancements.
  • Drive platform discovery; prioritize use cases, define success metrics, validate latency, enforce analysis.
  • Partner with engineering teams (web, iOS/Android, CRM, data) to ship platform capabilities iteratively, starting with MVP and improving through adoption.
  • Establish data contracts, metrics repository, and dashboards for LTV, MAU, login frequency, and long-horizon impact tracking.
  • Define evaluation paths (SDK, proxy/relay, offline), ensuring safe and reliable assignment across channels.
  • Consult with Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, and Finance to ensure compliance, auditability, and cost transparency.
  • Build adoption playbooks, documentation, and "golden paths" that make it possible for product teams to safely launch an experiment in under an hour.
  • Input into setting up a light governance to approve global holdouts, resolve conflicts, and monitor guardrails.
  • Input into setting up a best method to share experiment learnings and ROI, demonstrating how platform adoption improves consumer and business outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally across different time zones to obtain stakeholder requirements
  • You must also be able to articulate your goals and understand how to measure and interpret results
