  • You will own and evolve portfolio-level operations and communications that bring rhythm, visibility, and alignment to our work

  • Develop and maintain communication frameworks and practices that tell the story of portfolio progress, transformation priorities, and OKR outcomes.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across teams by managing how strategy, planning, and execution intersect and flow.
  • Launch and scale change management frameworks that support transformation initiatives and sustain adoption across teams.
  • Drive the evolution of how we manage and communicate progress across complex initiatives at scale.

Product Operating Model (POM) Coaching & Enablement

  • Partner with leaders and teams to align the Product Operating Model (PMO) into our operating rhythms, with a focus on strategy formation, and team empowerment
  • Design tools, experiences, and artifacts that strengthen product thinking and learning
  • Champion cultural shifts that support a modern, product-led mindset
  • Help architect and evolve the ecosystem that enables the POM

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with portfolio-level operational skills – you know how to design and manage the cadences and communications that bring strategy to life
  • Experience supporting OKR strategy and practice in complex organizations
  • Experience engaging leaders and teams in modern product operating models (e.g., SVPG, Agile, and Lean)
  • You can connect complex processes while meeting teams where they are
  • You are an experienced facilitator, storyteller, and relator
