El HR Controller and Compensation Senior Specialist SPLATAM es responsable de administrar los procesos de compensación, control de presupuesto de personal y de Recursos Humanos para la región SPLATAM. Este rol garantiza una administración salarial precisa, el cumplimiento normativo laboral y la gestión eficiente del presupuesto de personal.
Adicionalmente, asegura la gobernanza de datos, forecast mensual y el diseño de reportes estratégicos para la toma de decisiones, alineando las políticas globales con la realidad local.
Responsabilidades del cargo:
- Compensación Fija, Estructura y Roles
- Gestionar el proceso de revisión de salarios anual
- Administrar estructuras salariales y bandas, asegurando equidad interna y competitividad externa.
- Realizar valoración de cargos con metodologías corporativas o de mercado.
- Gestionar y mantener la estructura organizacional, incluyendo oracle architecture, job families, niveles y nomenclaturas.
- Garantizar la gobernanza regional sobre roles, títulos, niveles y estructuras.
- Apoyar procesos de reorganización, movimientos internos, creaciones de rol y revisiones estructurales.
- HR Controlling / Presupuesto
- Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto anual de personal.
- Realizar el forecast mensual de costos de personal.
- Controlar el presupuesto de Recursos humanos.
- Construir escenarios financieros (budget, forecast) basados en movimientos de personal y requerimientos del negocio.
- Cumplimiento y Procesos
- Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas de compensación fija, auditorías internas y lineamientos globales.
- Optimizar procesos, automatización y controles internos de Compensación & HR Controlling.
- Participar en proyectos regionales y globales de Compensación, HR Systems y estructura organizacional.
- Relacionamiento con Stakeholders
- Líderes de la Organización.
- Proveer informes detallados, análisis de estructura y reportes de headcount & costos.
- Acompañar procesos de toma de decisiones relacionados con estructura, incrementos y movimiento de personal.
- Brindar soporte en la revisión de presupuestos y salarios.
- HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
- Atender y resolver necesidades de compensación fija, estructura y análisis de roles.
- Acompañar en procesos de reorganización, casos individuales y revisiones salariales puntuales.
- Facilitar criterios de valoración de cargos y resultados de análisis de equidad/evaluaciones de estructura.
- Líderes Financieros de Países
- Participar en reuniones mensuales de control de gastos de personal.
- Validar forecast, desviaciones y análisis de eficiencia del gasto.
- Identificar oportunidades adicionales para optimizar costos y asegurar alineación entre HR y Finanzas.
- Líderes de Recursos Humanos
- Revisar y alinear la ejecución de gastos de personal del área mes a mes.

Se necesita una persona analítica, estructurada y altamente rigurosa, con fuerte dominio de datos, finanzas y compensación. Debe tener habilidades de gestión de stakeholders, comunicación clara, pensamiento estratégico y gran capacidad para explicar temas complejos de manera simple.
EducaciÓn:
- Pregrado en ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas o afines.
Experiencia:
- 5 años de experiencia en Compensación & Beneficios, HR Controlling, Finanzas o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia en valoración de cargos, gestión de estructuras y administración de bandas salariales.
- Sólida experiencia en gestión de presupuesto de personal y forecast financiero.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel; deseable Power BI o Tableau.
- Experiencia en empresas multinacionales o estructuras regionales.
- Conocimiento de sistemas HR (deseable).
- Conocimiento de legislación laboral regional (deseable).
Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:
