The Role:

Experian is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who is interested in providing the highest level of support for our network engineering team that handles implementation of new networks and assists with upgrading of existing networks. This includes our internal corporate network, our production datacenter network, and our customer facing client networks.

As the Senior Manager of Network Implementation, this individual is expected to provide energetic and creative leadership for the Network Operations and Engineering staff to enable them to provide converged, world class, high performing, network services to the entire company.

Responsibilities

· Managing a dynamic IT organization with highly variable priorities

· Manage and lead the Brazil teams that run the operations and engineering of network and security infrastructure, including Public Cloud, Firewalls, Switches, Routers and VPN, including cloud and premise-based Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Web Gateways, and Firewalls.

· Manages the engineering design solutions for new Experian customers or applications requiring network access and support

· Develop OKR’s and KPI’s and gain alignment on those metrics with the Brazil leadership team to ensure delivery of Network and Network Security products and services is clearly understood

· Collaborate with the other leaders in Global Network Services to implement device configuration standards, and policies and procedures that provide world class support to our business and clients

· Collaborate with the other leaders in Global Network Services for Capacity planning and management, Disaster Recovery, Contingencies and Business Continuity

· Hire, train, and supervise the network staff and ensures the staff is empowered to exercise initiative and work creatively

· Responsible for staff salary planning, personnel actions, and performance management process.

· Create an environment of continual growth in professional skills and knowledge for all staff members

· In collaboration with the Global Network leadership teams, create a roadmap for Global Network team to help meet customer needs today and in the future

· Take a senior leadership role in high level cross-functional / cross-organizational team projects

· Deliver converged, reliable, scalable, high quality services to the business including Network Infrastructure, local area network, wide area network, internet, and telecommunications

· Effectively manage vendor relationships and coordinate with the procurement and legal teams

· Be flexible and handle competing/changing priorities

Experience and Skills

· Passion and desire to lead and motivate a team of engineers to achieve personal and professional goals with a focus on continual growth through development plans and goals

· 10+ years of working experience in a customer driven support role for an organization similar to our size

· 6+ years of experience managing a network operations/engineering team for a large enterprise

· Experience in managing an environment that includes Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Oracle, Azure etc), Private Cloud, Colocation facilities and Datacenter facilities

· Proven ability to manage workloads using Agile framework

· Knowledge of the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and management of networking, telecommunication and computer/server equipment

· Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in complex, high pressure situations

· Proven ability to facilitate productive meetings and work successfully in a team-oriented environment

· Proven ability to create and establish processes, documentation, and automations required to effectively hand-off between network engineering and operations teams

· Extensive experience/knowledge of Cisco ACI hardware and software
