EMAP Strategic Delivery Lead (Fixed-term contract)

The EMAP Strategic Delivery Lead is a senior leadership role at Experian that sets enabling Infrastructure and Security Portfolio and related execution. You will report directly into the EMAP Head of Demand Management and Enablement and will assure that the strategic plans under Infrastructure, Cloud and Security Portfolio are well defined, setup, sourced, governed and completed. You will coordinate senior EMAP Tech and Business key stakeholders assuring engagement, accountability, traction and top class execution on time, budget and scope.

You will lead related SteerCos assuring proper governance and prompt escalations following our EMAP project management framework.

 

What you'll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end SDL Portfolio Roadmap (~20 multimarket projects) across EMAP, ensuring right governance and OTOBS execution.
  • Assure planning and coordination of the iniatives following Experian Project Management Framework.
  • Coordinate delivery with 7 market CIOs and engage >200 application owners to lead the execution and adoption of the portfolio.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate security policies, cloud governance frameworks, and regulatory obligations across EMAP markets.
  • Manage portfolio budget, forecast, and resource utilisation.
  • Provide transparent portfolio reporting, and executive-level updates.
  • Assure that hypercare is in place for the projects within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Service Excellence, Infrastructure Platform Management, Architecture and Security teams on strategy and standards to assure the portfolio follows our standards.
  • Assure that the portfolio solutions have DR and ITSCM associated.
  • Align the portfolio projects with our Risk Controls assuring self-assessments.
  • Understand markets needs, context and priorities to assure success implementation of our Infrastructure and Security portfolio projects.
  • Prompt escalations keeping integrity.
  • Anticipate major changes and mobilize resources to implement these changes.

This is a temporary position on a fixed-term contract.

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Agile, CISSP, CCSP, or cloud certifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles in multinational environments.
  • Experience in global matrix organisations or regulated sectors.
  • Experience leading IT / infrastructure / Cloud / functional teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-market technology portfolios.
  • Detailed understanding of service management and the ITIL framework, from both a capability development and service delivery perspective
  • Experience in complex cloud adoption programmes (private, public, hybrid), including Azure, AWS, GCP
  • English proficiency
  • Experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security frameworks (LINUX, Unix, RedHat, Win, VMWare, Citrix VPN, SAN, LAN, WAN, MPLS, Avaya / Cisco, VOIP, AWS, Azure, containers)
  • Expertise in structured delivery methodologies (PMI, Prince2, SAFe).
