Job description
Promover las alianzas comerciales con las diferentes agremiaciones comerciales, así como a clientes potenciales como integradores de servicios, los cuales tengan alcance a las pequeñas y medianas empresas. Todo esto mediante un relacionamiento integral entre las diferentes áreas de las compañías, que permitan Incrementar los ingresos de la VP de SME y así lograr el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas.
· Efectuar el cierre efectivo de las ventas mensuales (mínimo esperado $ 17.000.000) en clientes nuevo
· Telemercadeo del producto a clientes prospectos a diario (mínimo esperado 60 llamadas diarias)
· Agendar citas de los clientes perfilados y obtenidos en el telemercadeo
· Visitar al cliente en las instalaciones de su compañía
· Hacer las verificaciones necesarias de acuerdo con el entrenamiento y lo estipulado en la Política de Vinculación vigente
· Ofrecer soluciones al cliente por medio de una venta consultiva que le permitía identificar las necesidades y ofrecer la solución más adecuada de nuestro portafolio de servicios y productos.
· Enviar propuestas a clientes debidamente perfilados y validados en Salesforce, con información veraz y oportuna, para mercadear los productos y soluciones
· Incrementar sus bases de clientes naturales a diario, por medio de la obtención de referidos y la consecución de clientes en frio
· Revisión y ejecución de forecast mensual de clientes y presupuestos
· Reportar diariamente la gestión telefónica y presencial al director/coordinador
· Realizar seguimiento continuo a los clientes para asegurar las ventas.
· Realizar la gestión necesaria para incrementar su base de clientes potenciales
· Registrar en Salesforce la gestión realizada con clientes para generar estatus actualizado.
· Dar cumplimiento a la Política de Vinculación en cada fase del proceso
· Realizar el debido diligenciamiento de los documentos para la vinculación del cliente, y realizar la radicación con las áreas de apoyo en ventas
· Acompañamiento al cliente en procesos de la venta del producto en post venta
· Asistir a las capacitaciones y entrenamientos propuestos por RRHH y el equipo de líderes para fortalecer su conocimiento en los productos y desarrollar sus habilidades comerciales
· Autocapacitación y auto entrenamientos en los temas de interés asociados a su trabajo

Qualifications
- Experiencia 2-3 años de experiencia como asesor comercial con técnicas de venta de servicios intangibles/ tangibles
- Manejo de CRM (Sap, Salesforce)
- Productividad: Habilidad de fijar para sí mismo objetivos de desempeño y alcanzarlos exitosamente. Auto gestiona, se desafía a sí mismo, cumple con los objetivos y los supera sin esperar la supervisión constante
- Venta consultiva: Capacidad de persuasión para descubrir las necesidades del cliente mediante preguntas efectivas, que generen información relevante para el proceso de venta.
- Presentación de soluciones comerciales: Capacidad de comunicar al cliente una propuesta/solución para agregar valor a su negocio. Incluye la aptitud para comunicarse eficazmente tanto oral como escrita, según la audiencia, el negocio, los objetivos, etc, resolviendo dudas y haciendo énfasis en los beneficios.
