Director, Technical Program Delivery – Partner Solutions (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director, Technical Program Delivery to lead the successful execution of our technical projects and programs. You will have a technical background delivering complex programs on time and within budget. You will report to the VP, Partner Solutions Engineering & Service Management.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects.
• Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring agreement on organizational goals.
• Oversee all technical aspects of program management, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Work "across the aisle" to align dependencies with other teams to support the success of the program deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of learning and improvement.
• Monitor program performance and metrics, ensuring timely communication with partners.
• Find and address potential risks, and develop solutions to address challenges.
• Inspire creativity and process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role, with a background in Project management, Software Development or Engineering
• Experience leading and delivering large-scale technical programs
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
• Ability to partner with Finance to develop, track, and align program spending to budget
• Previous leadership experience managing a team of Technical Project Managers
• Experience using Confluence, Asana, Jira, Figma, Lucid, and Miro

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
