Experian is looking for a strategic Director of AI Marketing Analytics to lead innovation in data-driven marketing strategies across the consumer lending lifecycle. Reporting to the VP of Analytics Consulting, this hands-on role will drive the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions—including agentic intelligence—to optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition and portfolio growth.

You will bring expertise in consumer credit data, marketing analytics and modeling and machine learning along with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle (prospecting, acquisition, portfolio management).
  • Hands-on building and iteration on agentic AI solutions using coding languages and packages, contributing directly to the development of intelligent agents capable of marketing decision-making and optimization.
  • Champion the use of agentic AI intelligence to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization.
  • You will drive the development of new analytical products and services, using Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling in consumer lending.
  • Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product and Technology to align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments, ensuring performance, compliance and scalability.
  • Drive the development of new analytical products and services, leveraging Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership and external clients.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.

Experience and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics and modeling within consumer lending or financial services
  • 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark and modern AI agent frameworks with a portfolio of implemented agent-based solutions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver business value
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
  • Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems, with practical experience applying these techniques to real-world marketing analytics or consumer lending use cases
