Data Administrator

To manage, coordinate & monitor incoming data maintenance requests. Provide a consistently high performance, quick & responsive turnaround time to the CPA, Bureaus, data suppliers and Call Centre on all data related queries.

Managing Data maintenance processes To manage, coordinate, monitor and control the flow of data maintenance through the various stages of collection processing and loading within agreed service level agreements (SLA). Have knowledge of the Debt Counselling and consumer disputes resolution process is an advantage. Reporting Requirements To manage the compiling and delivery of internal control reports, within the agreed SLA’s. Project Management To manage and control the ad hoc maintenance change requirement projects by matching agreed deliverables to required resources and to ensure delivery in the allocated time. Delight Customers Modelling the Experian way by providing our customers with the best possible service data, with the best possible service by processing all data within the required SLA's, Data Quality Metrics and to conclude all investigations, corrections where this statement may be in question
