Experian Information Technology Services are looking for a Client Delivery Manager, based in Nottingham, UK, to work with our colleagues to deliver outcomes for the UK&I region.

We lead change to digitize customer journeys, helping consumers fulfil their dreams more quickly than ever. You will work with lenders, FinTech's and digital marketplaces to create industry changing solutions in one of the biggest financial services markets.

The Client Delivery Manager will work on the requirements of the client and interpret these and implement the changes in our own solution. You will be responsible for delivery, and feeding into design choices for new deliveries and ensuring work is carried out according to business standards. You will work with the Client Manager, Data and Analytics teams, and the Go-To-Market Team to support on delivering the pipeline

Important Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements from partners, assess data fitment, debug issues, identify causes, and recommend appropriate workarounds to support successful solution delivery
  • Support the end-to-end customer delivery process by contributing to backlog grooming, task execution, and pipeline tracking under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintain existing solutions while delivering customized implementations for new clients.
  • Configure products with database tables using SQL queries (minimal usage), ensuring understanding of client requirements.
  • Use an in-house platform to build scorecards using decision tree models
  • Translate requirements into precise technical product configurations to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Communicate with external lenders and partner sites to facilitate smooth product onboarding and obtain necessary consents.
  • Conduct product testing and manage approval procedures according to client expectations and regulatory standards
  • Manage regular data updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Ensure compliance by overseeing product changes and validating data against regulatory standards (e.g., FCA, GDPR), while following established change management and security protocols
  • Advocate for a culture that achieves our goals, delights customers, and promotes fair treatment of all consumers, including Experian UK clients and consumers.
  • Maintain documentation for operational processes, including User Guides, Implementation Guides, and Training Guides.
  • Identify changes to product functional documentation following product updates.
  • Build product knowledge and stay updated on platform capabilities and delivery processes.
  • Ensure delivery solution activities are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards defined by product consultants.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience with solution delivery or product implementation and client delivery roles
  • Proficient in Excel in formulas, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and basic macro understanding for data manipulation and reporting
  • Proficiency in SQL includes ability to write and improve queries using basic commands.
  • Experience writing regression scripts and ability to handle complex queries, use Common Table Expressions, subqueries, and window functions
  • Familiarity with query optimization, data integrity checks, and working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with stored procedures, dynamic parameters, ranking functions, and window functions.
  • Experience creating comprehensive test cases, including edge cases and boundary conditions.
  • Experience identifying gaps in test coverage and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience using testing tools such as JMeter or Postman (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
