Role Overview

As a Client Delivery Associate, you will help support the delivery of client projects across the UK. Working alongside experienced delivery professionals, you will contribute to requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, and project documentation while developing the technical, analytical, and consulting skills needed to deliver impactful client solutions.

You will gain exposure to a variety of client challenges. You will learn how data-driven solutions can help organizations make more informed decisions, identify potential fraud risks, and strengthen risk management strategies.

You will be reporting to the Client Delivery Team Lead.

What You'll Do:

  • You will participate in client workshops and meetings, supporting the capture of requirements and actions.

  • Gather and analyse data and straightforward requirements under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

  • You will produce clear and accurate project documentation, including meeting outputs, requirement drafts and process flows.

  • Work within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), following established delivery standards, and processes.

  • You will maintain accurate project artefacts, including requirements logs, configuration records, test evidence and issue trackers.

  • You will build working relationships with consultants, analysts, delivery leads, project managers and other partners.

  • Complete training in relevant products, tools, analytical techniques, applications and delivery methodologies.

  • Build knowledge of client use cases, fraud prevention and the wider financial services environment.


Experience and Skills

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in a technical, analytical, project delivery, or related role.

  • Analytical skills and approach.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Interest in developing expertise in technology, software solutions, systems, and delivery methodologies.

  • Collaboration skills

We consider it an advantage if you also have:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data analysis concepts.

  • Exposure to structured data formats such as XML and JSON.

  • Understanding of software development, implementation, or solution delivery lifecycles.

  • Interest in fraud prevention, financial services, data analytics, or decisioning technologies.

  • Experience working with client-facing projects, or solution configuration.
