The Experian Consumer Services (ECS) Business Governance team is seeking an organized Business Governance and Risk Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and management of critical business governance reporting, documentation, and processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong reporting and process management skills, collaborating with multiple departments. You will report to a leader on the Business Governance team. You'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on solving complex challenges, diving deep into research, and breaking down problems to uncover meaningful insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on governance and risk findings, delivering relevant insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration: Partner with legal, compliance, operations, and product teams to develop governance-related materials and presentations.
  • Process Administration & Presentation: Manage and facilitate governance-related meetings, including hosting and presenting relevant content.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of governance and risk management processes, including flowcharts and procedural diagrams.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluate business processes to identify risks and inefficiencies, recommending improvements for operational effectiveness.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, and/or compliance roles.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in facilitating meetings in English.
  • Advanced English level, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
