This is an exciting and fast‑paced client‑facing opportunity within our growing Experian Data Quality business. At Experian, we place clients and consumers at the heart of everything we do. We help organisations make the most of their data and realise their goals by ensuring quicker, smarter decisions through our technology, data, analytics, and expertise.

 

Our New Business team helps grow our client base and market share across ANZ. They advise clients and prospects on Experian Data Quality solutions, identify opportunities, build a pipeline, and close new business. The team works collaboratively across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

 

 

What you'll need to bring to the party

- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with strong interpersonal abilities.

- Confidence and resilience conducting high‑volume outbound prospecting to meet meeting‑booking quotas.

- Some prior experience using CRM and sales tech such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong. Although training provided.

- Prior experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, or customer‑facing environments where proactive outreach is essential.

- We also welcome applicants from recruitment, real estate, or B2B tech sales backgrounds.

What you'll be

- Maintain a high level of outbound sales activity to build a pipeline across the ANZ market.

- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create new business opportunities and support coordinated outreach.

- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and other modern channels to book qualified sales meetings.

- Research targeted accounts to identify data quality challenges, buying triggers, and key decision‑makers.

- Partner with Sales to build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring follow‑up, nurturing, and prioritisation.

- Report on outreach effectiveness, continuously optimising scripts, messaging, and targeting to improve conversion

Experience and Skills

More about you

- A motivated self‑starter hungry to grow a successful sales career in B2B tech.

- Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.

- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

- Competitive, entrepreneurial, and driven to exceed targets and expectations.

- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn within a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.

- Demonstrated history of over‑achievement against KPIs or sales targets.

- Technically capable and quick to adopt new CRM and sales technologies.
