1. Critiques customer specifications. Develop project plans including program flows.

2. Develops mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.

3. Assess and select appropriate resources for program delivery

4. You will make technical decisions on project direction and program processing using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation.

5. You will be project manager for program scheduling, operational personnel and departments.

6. Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.

7. Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.

8. Assess client requirements, positions company products and solutions. Identify new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients.

9. Support other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments.

10. Prepare and process program billing. Provide technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of database management principles.
  • Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services.
