As a Data Analyst at Experian Consumer Services, you will help identify, designing, and implementing fraud detection strategies and alerts. You will investigate and resolve fraud-related issues with and efficiency, supporting both our financial services products. We are looking for a analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and Lead anti-fraud projects and oversee third-party vendor risk. You will report to the Vice President, Risk & Fraud Management.

  • Review controls, analyze performance metrics, and validate risk strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams on impact assessments and resolution plans.
  • Act as SME in fraud prevention and maintain partner relationships.
  • Manage deployments, data analysis, and process improvement efforts.
  • Support audits and due diligence activities.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Expertise in, with excellent documentation.
  • execution-focused and deliver high-quality outcomes with.
  • Experience enhancing quality by identifying causes and developing effective solutions to challenges with analytical.
  • High degree of personal excellence, integrity, and an ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and risk strategy validation. Bonus qualification for familiarity with tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of fraud prevention tools and industry best practices with a track record in fraud operations, risk reduction, process optimization, and customer experience. Bonus qualification for knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fraud and risk management.
