You will achieve results through high-level influence and collaboration with Business Leaders, HR teams, and functional stakeholders.

You'll have the opportunity to:

    • Be the strategic consultant to Business Leaders, HR teams, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders.
    • Partner with the External Partnerships and Consumer Advocacy organizations to ensure our inclusion efforts reach marginalized communities and drive financial empowerment.
    • Position belonging as a critical driver of business performance and talent outcomes, influencing key business partners to embed inclusive design principles into product development, innovation, workplace practices, hiring processes, and regional business policies to support all employees.
    • Drive awareness of regional belonging initiatives through a strategic communications plan, including ownership of the NA belonging newsletter's direction, editorial calendar, and content pillars.
  • Global Product Focus: Barrier-Free Workplace
    • Serve as the strategic advisor and lead multiple global workstreams to design and deliver a global roadmap for physical, digital, and product accessibility.
    • Ensure that the "Barrier-Free Workplace" product is scalable, providing regions with the resources needed to achieve top scores on benchmarks like the Disability Index (formerly known as the Disability Equality Index).

    • Be the belonging liaison and relationship lead for the C-Suite Executive Global Sponsor for Disability Inclusion.
    • Be the Disability Inclusion subject matter expert and strategic advisor within the Global Belonging Center of Expertise, partnering with Regional Belonging leaders to ensure Disability Inclusion efforts are embedded in the annual regional belonging plans.
  • Insights and Data Storytelling
    • Own the delivery of dashboards used to monitor progress on belonging goals in North America and for the Global Barrier-Free Workplace initiative.
