AI Developer

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior AI Engineer to join our CrossCore Platform team and contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, and scalable GenAI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be based in Hyderabad and reporting to Engineering Manager
• Develop high-quality software in an agile team, ensuring delivery aligned with our requirements and Agile principles.
• Happy to work with both traditional software language development, AI, and in-house tooling and products.
• You will translate our requirements into clean, scalable, low-defect code.
• Collaborate with teams to design, test, and release software.
• Contribute to development practices that support continuous integration, delivery, and improvement.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle, using static code analysis and security scanning tools.
• Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficient in Java and Python with coding.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Familiar with AWS and cloud technologies
• 1+ years of experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices.

Desirable & Useful Skills

• Working knowledge of GenAI tools for coding.
• Familiarity with Python/Scala, Spark, or other big data frameworks.
• Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• AWS or other public cloud certifications
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
• Familiarity with event streaming/messaging tools (Kafka, EventBridge, Kinesis, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Exposure to static code analysis and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Degree in B.Sc. Computer Science, MCA, B.Tech in Engineering, or higher
