Propósito del cargo:
• Gestionar los casos de solicitud de capacitación de los clientes del Segmento SME en las herramientas disponibles en el portal para consumo de productos de línea, batch y opciones de autogestión (centro de entrenamiento, oficina virtual y autogestión de usuarios).
• Gestión de bases de entidades SME en campañas específicas para identificación de necesidades de clientes y escalamientos para darles solución.
• Capacitar a las entidades que escalen caso por Bizagi para tal fin, en producto línea y batch y en Portal (módulo de autogestión y oficina virtual.
• Apoyar la gestión de entrega de los productos contratados por clientes núcleo, en batch, upselling y retención cuando la operación lo requiera.
• Apoyar la gestión de entrega de plan a los clientes vinculados a datacrédito cuando la operación lo requiera.
Responsabilidades:
1. Gestionar los casos recibidos a través de Bizagi dentro de los ANS establecidos y haciendo un correcto análisis de la solicitud y agendar a las entidades en los espacios de capacitación que sean adecuados para resolver su necesidad.
2. Capacitar a las entidades (previa revisión de su necesidad y agendamiento), brindando información completa con el objetivo de resolver las dudas de los clientes incrementando su consumo.
3. Según necesidad de la operación, apoyar en la entrega del plan a los clientes que se vinculan a Datacrédito y orientarlo sobre el uso adecuado de sus productos.
4. Según la necesidad de la operación, apoyar la entrega a clientes con profundización en Batch, upselling y retención dentro de los ANS establecidos, garantizando que haya entendimiento del plan o producto adquirido.
5. Hacer los escalamientos necesarios para garantizar la Calidad en la prestación del servicio.
6. Alertar sobre inconformidades e incumplimiento del proceso comercial y de operaciones previo análisis de la situación haciendo uso de los aplicativos disponibles.
7. Dejar los registros y soportes de la gestión realizada con los clientes de la base asignada.
8. Entregar base gestionada, en los tiempos definidos
9. Realizar el seguimiento a la solución de inconsistencias reportadas.
10. Velar por la efectividad en la gestión haciendo seguimiento a las entidades que no logran ser contactadas para agendar la capacitación solicitada o no han asistido a las sesiones programadas.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Educación: Formación técnica o profesional en carreras administrativas.
Experiencia: Mínimo un año en áreas de servicio y/o capacitación, preferiblemente en entidades del sector financiero. Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Manejo de herramientas office, CRM, Teams.
Idiomas: Nativo
