Active Directory Team Lead

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:

AD Lead Role – Global Active Directory Services – You will lead Active directory design sessions with multiple stake holders and coordinating changes and project progress with Project managers. You will support complex AD projects/systems and ongoing work activities of moderate to high complexity. You will very closely with AD system admins to remove any roadblocks related to AD remediation project.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of the Active Directory infrastructure including Trusts, Group Policies, Replication, Global Catalog, Distributed File System and PKI
• Administration and support for Azure, O365 along with other cloud services
• Windows server administration for Active Directory, DC, file and print sharing, web services, and application servers
• Build capacity and performance data collection, monitoring, and reporting
• Support interface and coordination with multiple business units
• Support and participate in annual Disaster Recover Planning and Execution
• Manage a Team of system admins

Education and Experience:

• 15+ years of extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure, O365, PKI, DNS and GPO administration
• 5+ years of experience Quest ODM AD
• Extensive experience working with Windows Server operating systems including 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022
• Strong Power Shell skills required
• System automation using Ansible, API and other tools is required
• Able to refine requirements from business end users, update technical design specification documentation
• Experience with scripting and automating system administration processes=
• Knowledge of client/server network protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex computer/information systems information into an organized and presentable manner
