• At least 10+ years of progressive hands-on experience digital marketing and
• demand generation in a B2B environment
• Experience supporting, collaborating with and influencing executive management
• Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnels to drive lead quantity
• and quality
• Experience in data-driven marketing strategy, planning, budget allocation and
• organizational alignment
• Understand marketing measurement analysis, delivery by using web analytics,
• marketing, and sales data to drive strategic decisions
• Expert level experience with Marketing Automation (Eloqua a plus) in campaign
• execution and system integrations
• Extended experience with SalesForce, SalesForce reporting, and its data objects
• Highly adaptable and flexible with an ability to change direction as needed
• possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and successfully bring
• about organizational change
• Ability to effectively interact with, and relate to people at all levels of the
• business; must be able to move and influence a group, moving teams into
• a common vision and direction
• Experience in SaaS Data Quality software is highly desirable
