We are searching for SharePoint and JIRA Administrator to provide system administration of our Corporate tools within the EMEA Operations organization.

 

On this role you will define, develop and operate tools processes in conjunction with our Global Admin team and be the point of entry for EMEA Operations Tools requestsThe System Administrator will have full System Administrator rights in the development environment to test and trouble shoot issues, research and evaluate new features and functions, and to build and test prototype enhancements prior to deployment to production


This position requires that the individual be the liaison between Finance, Operations, Business Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides system administration of our Corporate tools (Changepoint / SharePoint) within the EMEA Operations organization.
  • Facilitate user creation, client/project creation within the tool, transfer projects, edit and maintain project and task records when required;
  • System Maintenance – Set up and assignment of all clients and users and maintaining up to date registers;
  • Create and manage custom reports, reporting and administration duties;
  • Provide training and deployment support, as well as respond to simple or complex queries; 
  • Evaluate and review data (System audit) and communicate requirements for periodic data cleansing activities;
  • Support the definition and the development System processes (Changepoint) in conjunction with our Global Admin team;
  • Support the definition, development and production of MI pack (Operations reporting);
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of mmathematical, statistical and/or numerical field
  • 1-2 years demonstrable hands-on experience of system administration
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications
  • Previous experience in administration of Changepoint, SharePoint, JIRA or Confluence would be considered as a strong advantage
  • Project coordination experience
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from various countries and cultures
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
