Service Portfolio Management Lead

We’re looking for someone who brings infectious enthusiasm for what the future could look like with an ability to translate that into tangible plans for the relevant teams. Credibility and gravitas are key to be able to influence at senior level, negotiating and gaining buy-in for the way forward.
You’ll succeed in this role by demonstrating excellent communication skills with an ability to work to your own initiative and challenge senior stakeholders. It’s important that you can work as part of a team across the wider organisation with strong collaboration skills to understand how we can adopt best practice to deliver the single source of truth across the landscape.
You will have experience in working in IT service management governance and understanding of the tools that we use. ITIL 4 accreditation is essential.
