Responsibilities:

• Help to create and define processes, set standards based on security best practices and pursue improved efficiency opportunities within new PAM & IDM functions within our IAM engineering team
• Collaborate with “Build” engineering team on the migration of legacy PAM & IDM solutions (ERPM & OIM) into the new PAM & IDM global solutions.
• Collaborate with "Build" engineering team on defining requirements and designing solution for new capabilities within our implemented PAM & IDM solutions.
• Work on expanding the current role-based access control model to enable effective "birth right" access based on HR triggers
• Help to drive and implement compliance processes to measure operational metrics within our PAM & IDM tool.
• Work closely with various global IT, Security, HR teams to facilitate evolving access requirements.
• Responsible for identifying and driving remediation of data quality issues with appropriate stakeholders that impact performance and functionality of the PAM & IDM systems
• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing account lifecycle management operations and tasks and identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Infra Ops team to coordinate necessary CAB approvals for changes/enhancements to systems.
• Define and execute necessary test cases for enhancements/changes implemented by Infra Ops team
• Work break/fix Incident (Trouble) Tickets for IDM related issues and provide closed loop service to internal customers
• Assist in developing and analyzing IAM related metrics.
• Responsible for implementing Automated Monitoring and alerting on all application components, CPU and memory utilization and operational tasks.
• Responsible for writing automated recovery and restart scripts/jobs to enable auto resolution of incidents
• Responsible for developing batch processes for common Identity Lifecycle operations such as aggregations, bulk loads, user feeds etc.
• Responsible for developing custom reports to meet requirements of the business
• Responsible for developing enhancements and new features as driven by business requirements as well as internally identified opportunities for efficiency gain/automation
• Responsible for ensuring that all security relevant logs are being shipped to our SIEM tool - SPLUNK.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, triaging business impacting issues with IDM system and driving towards root cause.
• Responsible for ensuring that the IDM solution and associated components are at latest supported patch levels
• Responsible for supporting OS and DB patching
• Responsible for remediation of security vulnerabilities on application and Operating System and ensure that there are no ageing vulnerabilities on IDM platform


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related fields (or relevant experience)
• 5+ years of experience supporting security operations on production environments.
• 3+ years of experience supporting IDM & PAM solutions, preferable on CyberArk, IIQ, OIM, ERPM
• Proficient on scripting in languages such Python, PowerShell, Bash (Unix Shell)
• 3+ years’ experience supporting systems UNIX & Windows platforms
• Good understanding on databases technologies such SQL, Oracle to support PAM integrations
• Security certifications such CompTIA+++, CISSP, CISM would be desired
• Good understanding of ITIL best practices
