As a Senior Manual QA Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and expertise as a member of our growing Software Delivery Hub in Sofia. 



  • Lead the execution of test activities according to testing strategy
  • Estimate testing effort for the projects
  • Design the test scenarios to assure full requirement traceability and maximum test coverage
  • Allocate tasks to several Test Analysts and monitor their progress against agreed plans
  • Ensure that the testing team follows the established best practices and processes
  • Define and maintain the regression test set
  • Create and execute test cases/ test scripts
  • Report, manage and track complex defects with consistent high quality
  • Provide Test Progress and Test Closure/Completion reports
  • Supervise and act as a mentor to project team members while proactively sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills.
  • Proactively escalate project-related issues and risks, through effective collaboration and influence.
  • Research other tools and technologies that will allow increasing test coverage and minimize testing cost


  • 3+ years of experience in relevant or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and test techniques
  • Strong knowledge of project Software Delivery Life Cycle
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with SOAP UI
  • Familiar with Project Test Strategy and Test Plan
  • Able to create complex testing artefacts with high quality
  • Capability to work in a complex or distributed testing environment
  • Ability to work with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
