- Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner position

- The ability to gather and analyze data to support a strategy and or talent recommendations.
- Outside-in approach; the ability to gather info from outside of the business and apply best practices within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development or related area preferred.
Perks
- During this pandemic, all Experian employees are working remotely. Once it’s safe to do so, we’ll slowly return to our offices however we are in no rush to do this. The safety of our employees is of utmost importance.
- The preferred working location for this position is Southern California, but we are also open to candidates that would be full-time remote working in the Pacific time zone.
