Senior Director, Agency Development & Partnerships (location flexible)

This Sales leadership role will oversee our most strategic agency holding company relationships and overall sales. We desire a true consultative seller with deep experience, strong drive, natural skills, and established agency relationships. This role requires strong presentation and communication skills as an evangelist of our brand, company, and products. This position will have a direct impact on company success and is a highly visible role in the company. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales Leadership - Consulting, Agency Development, and Advanced TV team(s).

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Lead client-agency relationships to ensure client satisfaction and overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute the GTM agency strategy with an eye to growing revenue:
    • Upsell of the full Experian portfolio including data, identity, analytics, and measurement to sold agency clients (and brand accounts) and
    • New Agency logos and unsold brands at holding companies.
  • Achieve the assigned revenue and accountability quotas while taking the lead on business development with clients.
  • Driving collaboration to advance Experian Marketing Services product strategy and adoption.

What your background looks like

 

  • 10+ years of experience selling to executive-level advertising agency contacts on measurement, analytics, data activation, and identity resolution.
  • Proven track record with large and mid-size agencies – past success and established relationships.
  • Advertising / Digital Media experience crucial for success in this position. (Cross-Screen Video, DSP, and/or Advanced TV sales experience).
  • Deep, high-level agency or holding company contacts.
  • Ability to communicate and execute at both executive level and end-users /planning or activation teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to unlock growth through prioritization.
  • Experience leading a team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ability to travel – approximately 25-50% of the time (post-COVID)

 

Location:

  • Ideally, Chicago or New York – location flexible and open to 100% remote
