We're currently looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our growing Sofia Delivery Center.

 

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will ensure that the necessary resources and processes are available to deliver software implementation projects with the highest quality, meeting the agreed service levels within our global organization.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage large scale strategic projects aiming to achieve EDA defined goals
  • Assure the successful achievement of the performance, quality and efficiency targets of the team
  • Ensure that appropriate processes and tools are leveraged to manage and optimize operational performance within the team
  • Look to improve overall delivery processes, client satisfaction and Experian profitability by providing an efficient and cost effective service
  • Lead a team of Analysts with various level of seniority
  • Create a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, and is challenging and rewarding to maintain team motivation, productivity and development
  • Define performance goals, objectives and measures and drive programs for employee development and retention
  • Actively collaborate with various regional and global teams to meet business objectives
 
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years relevant people management experience preferably in technology or solution delivery organization
  • 7+ years` experience in a customer facing environment
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and lead teams
  • Assertiveness and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
