Senior Account Marketing Manager

Marketing and Communications
205014 Requisition #

About us, but we’ll be brief

Experian is the world’s leading global information services company, unlocking the power of data to create more opportunities for consumers, businesses and society. We are thrilled to share that FORTUNE has named Experian one of the 100 Best Companies to work for. In addition, for the last five years we’ve been named in the 100 “World’s Most Innovative Companies” by Forbes Magazine.

Experian Partner Solutions is a leading provider of credit education, credit data and identity management solutions for businesses and their consumers. In 2016, Experian acquired Austin-based CSID, which was founded in 2006 by a few serial entrepreneurs with a passion for helping consumers protect something they treasure most – their identity. The company evolved into a fast-growing cybersecurity startup helping businesses, both large and small, and 30+ million consumers (including families) with identity/fraud protection and data breach recovery (think Fortune 500 retailer gets hacked and credit card numbers get stolen).

Experian Partner Solutions has a full service in-house agency to offer marketing services to Experian partners, Squircle Creative Solutions. Squircle’s marketing services range from strategic consulting, planning, creative development and UX to full execution of marketing campaigns. Squircle is the only full service agency squarely focused on Identity Protection and Credit Education product marketing.

What you’ll be doing

Squircle Creative Solutions seeks a Senior Account Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day activity of the account, including managing client deadlines, maintaining the integrity of the client’s marketing program and developing creative briefs. As an Account Marketing Manager, you are the backbone of the account team. You are closest to every project on the status report, and you understand how every one of those projects relates back to the bigger goals of the client’s brand. • Engage in the work and partner with your creative teams to come to an end product that meets clients' needs and delivers cutting-edge, smart and creative work. Inspire ideas and build on others. Everything you do is in service of the work
  • Nurture relationships. This goes for both the client side, with everyone from the CMO's Admin to the Marketing Research Manager, and for relationships with the other agencies with whom we must partner for client success. Know their business, how they make and how they lose money. Track results and lead optimization. Help our clients be heroes in their own organization. Most importantly, always do what you say you're going to do--ensure the agency delivers
  • Hone your craft--keep up with the competitive landscape and relevant cultural trends in search of insights and truths to inspire big ideas and new thinking amongst the team
