Corporate FP&A is looking to add a Pricing Administrator to support our North America Strategic Pricing team. We are seeking talent with strong Salesforce / CPQ experience being responsible for the daily administration of the CPQ workflow for Strategic Pricing. We are looking for an energetic candidate with strong intellect, the ability to learn quickly, work in a team environment, communicate well and execute with excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to growth and learning. 

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following key duties and responsibilities:

Manage Configure Price Quote (CPQ) workflow for Strategic Pricing.  Coordinate disposition of pricing requests from Sales through automated system
Collaborate with internal partners within Strategic Pricing to review and assess pricing quotes within Salesforce system to secure business which satisfies financial objectives
Assess pricing quotes against market benchmark data, discount thresholds and delegated authority matrices to approve, deny or renegotiate requests
Provide accurate documentation on assessment of pricing quotes
Assist in ensuring proper adoption of CPQ tool maximizing book pricing realization and pricing document generation
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent experience
Knowledgeable of consumer and commercial bureau products and services across financial services industry (Experian client experience is acceptable)
2 years of prior Pricing, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Revenue Management experience
Experience interfacing with Sales, Product Marketing and Finance preferred
Good oral and written communication skills.  
Fluency with English language
Integrity in research/analysis and commitment to accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently. 
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment
Good organizational, project management and prioritisation skills
Experience with CRM (ex: Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and CPQ systems (Ex: Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, Oracle) highly preferred
Strong Excel skill preferred
Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
