Sales Operations Support Representative

The Sales Operations Support Representative provides service to clients by responding to requests for information, products or services. 
  • Coordinate client requests and service needs with appropriate internal departments and staff to ensure client requirements are met
  • Serve as a communication liaison between clients and sales to ensure responsiveness Developing close working relationships with assigned clients and vendors.
  • Designs report layouts and compiles data from multiple resources to create customized reports for clients and internal personnel
  • Sell standard products and services and works with clients to ensure results are consistent with client needs and comply with government legislations, regulations and corporate policies  
  • Conduct periodic audits on pricing, data and client information
  • Make outbound phone calls and mail literature to existing or potential clients, and may research potential client information to assist sales personnel in the preparation of requests for proposal and sales presentations
  • Diagnose, research and resolve moderate to complex problems related to membership, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, pricing, intranet access requests and security and compliance regulations
  • Maintain and update critical account and pricing tables
  • Educate clients on new and existing products, policies and procedures
  • Assist in the training of new employees
  • Client calls; large volume accounts


  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 2-3 years Advanced customer service experience
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills (B2+, C1 level)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Strong PC/internet skills 
  • Mainframe or Access experience a plus
  • Excel Intermediate                            
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers 
  • Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
