Sales Analytics Manager - Sales Excellence Team

As part of the Sales Excellence team, the overall goal of the Manager of Sales Operations is to improve the performance of a large B2B sales organization and help achieve excellence in sales standards and be an indispensable partner to the sales organization.

  • Drives the development and execution of the sales excellence road map.
  • Develops proactive analysis and reports to improve visibility of the sales organization to important sales KPIs and to help sales leaders manage their territories. Will also perform analysis in the areas of sales performance, coverage, and segmentation.
  • Partners with sales leaders to identify areas of improvement; performs analysis on sales related data and develops fact-based recommendations. Partners with cross-functional teams to implement the recommendations.
  • Performs analysis on marketing campaign data and provides sales and marketing teams with insight on the sales and marketing funnel’s performance.
  • Manages the rollout and expansion of various sales tools (sales tech-stack, social selling) with the goal of increasing adoption and ROI.
  • Manages communication to sales (newsletters, sales conferences)
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations and analytics or similar analytical role
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with BI tools. Advanced knowledge of Tableau is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and its analytical tools
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing tech stack is preferred
  • Knowledge of sales principals, sales cycle and process is preferred
  • Superior communication skills. Experience with presenting data to sales management
  • Ability to manage/oversee multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to creatively and independently analyze requirements and propose solutions. Be a self-starter
