About Us
Experian is on a mission to change people’s financial lives by getting them access to the best financial products. As one of the top 30 FTSE 100 companies and named by Forbes magazine as one of the “World’s Most Innovative Companies” for the fifth year in a row – we’re here to shape the next generation of consumer financial services.

We have millions of customers, but their circumstances are very different. We want to provide personalised financial services that are right for every ‘one.’ We are ambitious – our team want to build a better future, by turning our knowledge and understanding of information into value for our customers.

That’s why we need people that really understand our customers, and the best creative thinkers, to create products that will transform the lives of millions of people.

About the Role
You will be joining a dynamic team that has transformed the way we interact with our customers. You will have the chance to join a team that’s open to and passionate about new ideas – we’ve come a long way but still have some exciting challenges to face, so this is a great opportunity for a forward-thinker.

At Experian you’ll get to:
  • Understand our users and turn research into ideas that form behaviour changing features.
  • Take part in discovery, workshop and co-design sessions with customers and colleagues.
  • Do lots of sketching (out ideas).
  • Illustrate design ideas with storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Research and validating designs with our users in mind.
  • Think conceptually, as well as obsessing over the detail.
  • Create branded experiences – that deliver on our brand values.
  • Work closely with engineers as they build and release.

About You:
  • In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need the following:
  • 2+ years as a designer delivering amazing digital products.
  • A drive to keep up with the emerging digital trends and culture, and engaging with the wider digital creative community
  • Confidence in communicating, defending, and building consensus around UX architecture.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design methods across the full UX lifecycle
  • Experience in diagramming, design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma, Axure and Invision.
