We are currently looking for Product Consultant Identity & Fraud to support the ID&F growth in EMEA. In the heart of the organization, the role will be supporting the sales, delivery and product teams contributing to the design of strategic client propositions and solutions and helping with prospect development and solution estimations. The role will be providing expert product and delivery advice and support throughout delivery cycle, resolving issues/provides insight and direction in deliveries. The person will operate with a view over multiple complex EMEA delivery projects, contributing to strategic opportunities, initiatives and business cases in the region.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Create business and functional requirements, accountable for overall solution design
  • Add value to client’s business through Demonstration of solution business benefits and Design Recommendations to form solution requirements.
  • Provide insight to solution design impacts to delivery, make recommendations for ease and speed of delivery and support.
  • Present and demonstrate to the client how Experian solutions can solve their business issues.
  • By request support Sales Consultants/BDMs, providing Product/Solution based presentations and Solution Expertise in developing prospects.
  • Delivers solutions estimations, proposals taking into consideration client maturity, market conditions, risk factors, schedule and delivery methodology.
  • Lead Design Workshops and Business Requirements Definition and Creation through to sign off.
  • Provide ongoing support of solution design through all phases for the subsequent delivery. Assist with interpretation of solution design and makes corrective decisions where needed.
  • Identify & understand areas of inefficiency, improvement opportunities and key challenges within the delivery Lifecycle, provide and own proposals for the resolution of those identified.
  • Owns associated problems on client projects, and sees through to completion, regardless of project Stage, communicates resolution to the wider DA audience
  • Produce and deliver meaningful content to capability teams through professional service communities.
  • Sits in the future to Identify, define & recommend strategic opportunities and initiatives, product improvement and delivery approach.
 

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant or similar position.
  • Leading multi-product and multi country solutions to strategic clients.
  • Has experience of and delivered solutions to multiple industry sectors.
  • Demonstrates ownership qualities to resolve both operational & project challenges
  • Good knowledge of systems, processes, applications and technology supporting ID&F solutions and how they support/impact solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience of the decision analytics delivery lifecycle, preferably in the ID&F area
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Technical, Program Languages, Automation, Reporting skills will be considered as an advantage,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to travel.
