Marketing Coordinator is an junior marketing professional with proven commercial acumen, who will be responsible for Marketing activity, as directed by Marketing Manager. Run tactical delivery across multiple disciplines be responsible for implementation of marketing tactics and communications in local market.


Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information;
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

Essential:

-       Degree educated (Bachelor or Master) 

-       Minimum 2 yrs experience in B2B marketing

-       Commercial awareness, ability to work effectively with sales teams

-       Fluent in French language

-       Fluent in English language

-       Attention to details

 

Desirable for the role:     

-       Experience in Digital media

-       Experience in working with CRM & lead management solutions   

·     Experience in Marketing automation (Eloqua)
